RETURN POLICY

Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase date. To receive a full refund, returned items must be in new, resalable condition. Please contact us at 800-788-0302 for a Return Authorization Number and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you. Unless an item was shipped to you damaged or defective, you will be responsible for return shipping.

Refund Process
A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment for the cost of the product minus the shipping and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return.
